Your logo, linked to your website, will appear on our website. If you register before June, your logo will be on the parade banners carried in the parade, placed at the Woodward Park Community Center, on our announcers’ booth in front of the YMCA, at our ending point, Karl Road Baptist Church, and use in social media. The parade float awards, listed below, will include all of the sponsor logos. Thank you in advance for becoming a sponsor! The 2026 budget, due to the addition of barricades, multiple announcers, insurance and police security costs, is $20,000.

Event Day

July 4th

8:30 a.m. Sign in and be assigned your number, which determines the order of the parade. Sign in is at 1630 Morse Road, Columbus, OH 43229. The exact location of the sign-in tent is shown in this map.

8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Line up in order. Floats, vehicles and groups participating on foot will line up around the edge of the buildings as shown in the map below.

9:30 a.m. – 9:50 a.m.  Four of our parade participants will receive the Grand Marshal Award, Junior Grand Marshal Award, NCC President Award, & Best in Theme Award which comes with a check for $100.00! The Chosen Few Vette Club will award the Best Vehicle with a special trophy!

10 a.m. Ribbon cutting by the Grand Marshal and parade step off will be promptly at 10 a.m. from the driveway near Huntington Bank on Karl Road.

10 a.m. – (approx) noon: Parade travels north on Karl Road from Morse Road to the Karl Road Baptist Church, 5750 Karl Rd. (1.6 miles). Route Map
